I recently had a problem with my cars starter motor and I booked the car in for a mobile service at 2pm. The mechanic who arrived from your company, was extremely polite and very professional in his manner. I am sending this letter as a thank you to the mechanic but also to let the company know what a professional staff member they have.

He worked on the car for a number of hours in extremely hot summer conditions and maintained his polite, professional manner throughout. He replaced my starter motor and ensured I was informed of the procedure and showed me the old and new starters and explained exactly what was happening. When my husband arrived home from work he discussed a car battery problem he had been experiencing with his own car, and he tested and replaced the battery for us.

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with him and if we have any car electrical problems in the future we will have no hesitation in phoning your company again. To this extent, we have already recommended your firm to a number of friends.
